We hope that last week you took the time to reflect, review and record the progress you have made, the achievements you are proud of, the challenges you have overcome and how you can contribute to your customers and your community.

In this stage we remind you of the need to ‘fall in love’ with the pains and struggles of your customers and beneficiaries, to really understand what they want so you develop solutions that are attractive to the market.

Everything you do must be for the customer. We guide you to get comfortable with the digital economy and how you can use storytelling through social media to create sales funnels, encouraging people to take action.

By the end of this week you will be able to add more ideas to the Shibuka Shared Value Canvas. Then you will be ready for Stage 5.
